Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

General Terms

  1. By using our website and placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into binding contracts, and you accept these Terms & Conditions in full.
  2. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will take effect immediately upon publication on this page.
  3. All services rendered by our company are subject exclusively to these terms, overriding any conflicting terms submitted by the customer.

Custom Order & Production Terms

  1. All products we provide are custom-branded, personalized promotional merchandise. Once artwork is confirmed by the client and mass production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned for personal preference reasons.
  2. The client bears full responsibility for the accuracy of all provided logos, designs, text, specifications, and artwork files. We will not be held liable for errors resulting from incorrect client-provided content.
  3. Minor normal production discrepancies, color variation due to screen display differences, and standard manufacturing tolerances do not qualify as defective products.
  4. We reserve the right to reject any design, artwork, or request that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, contains offensive content, or violates applicable local and international laws.

Pricing & Payment

  1. All quoted prices are exclusive of international taxes, import duties, customs fees, and shipping costs, unless otherwise explicitly stated.
  2. Full or agreed deposit payment must be received before production commences. Remaining balance must be settled prior to dispatch of completed bulk orders.
  3. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for bulk custom orders upon mutual written agreement between both parties.

Shipping & Delivery

  1. All stated lead times and delivery dates are estimates only, based on standard production and global logistics schedules. Delays caused by customs clearance, international transit, third-party carriers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control do not entitle the client to order cancellation or refund.
  2. Risk of loss and damage to goods transfers to the client upon successful handover to the international shipping carrier.

Returns, Refunds & Liability

  1. As bespoke custom manufactured goods, completed custom bulk orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of verified major manufacturing defect or confirmed error solely attributable to our company.
  2. All eligible return, refund, and exchange requests shall be governed strictly by our separate Refund and Returns Policy.
  3. Our total maximum liability for any claim arising from an order shall be limited to the total invoice value of the specific order in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or business loss damages.

Intellectual Property

  1. All intellectual property rights of original designs, templates, and artwork created by our team remain the property of WHOLESALE PEP ADVERTISING TRADING HONG KONG LIMITED unless otherwise formally transferred in writing.
  2. The client warrants that all logos, brands, and artwork submitted to us for customization are legally owned or fully licensed by the client. The client shall fully indemnify us against any intellectual property infringement claims arising from their provided content.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts.
