This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the processing, dispatch, delivery, and tracking of all custom promotional gift orders placed with our company.
1. Order Processing & Production Time
All products are custom-made according to client artwork and specifications.
- Standard production lead time: 7–15 business days after artwork approval and full payment confirmation.
- Production time does not include shipping transit time or public holidays.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship to clients worldwide, focusing on the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, Australia, and other mainstream international markets.
We DO NOT ship to high-risk, sanctioned, or restricted countries or regions, including but not limited to Russia, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Afghanistan, Somalia, and Myanmar.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We cooperate with reliable international logistics providers to ensure safe and traceable delivery.
- Estimated transit time: 10–22 business days depending on the destination country.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed due to customs, carrier delays, or force majeure.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, quantity, and destination.
All shipping costs will be clearly stated in the quotation and order confirmation before production.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Clients are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and local charges imposed by the destination country. We provide necessary commercial invoices and documents to assist with customs clearance.
6. Order Tracking
Once shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email. Clients may monitor delivery status in real time through the carrier’s official website.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
In case of lost or severely damaged parcels, clients must notify us within 7 business days of delivery. We will assist with carrier investigations and provide appropriate solutions based on official findings.
8. Governing Law
This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with shipping matters shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
