Full payment is required before production commences for all custom orders.
Payments must be completed in accordance with the proforma invoice and order confirmation.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

3. Order Confirmation

Orders will only be processed and scheduled for production after full payment is received and verified by our finance team.

4. Non-Refundable Policy for Custom Orders

As all products are fully customized with client logos, designs, and specifications, payments are non-refundable once production has started.

All transactions are quoted and settled in USD or HKD, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Governing Law

This Payment Policy is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes related to payments shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts.

A formal commercial invoice will be issued for every confirmed order. The invoice includes product details, unit prices, total amount, shipping fees, and payment terms.

Any changes to design, quantity, or specifications after billing may result in adjusted charges and updated invoices.

3. Billing Accuracy

We maintain strict billing accuracy and transparency. Clients may contact us to verify or clarify any invoice items within 3 business days of receipt.

4. Tax & Compliance

All billing complies with Hong Kong commercial regulations and international trade requirements. No hidden fees are applied.

5. Record Keeping

Invoices and transaction records are securely stored for official and compliance purposes.
