All orders for pet supplies including collars, chains, harnesses, pet accessories and related products will be fully inspected, securely packaged, and dispatched after quality verification.

 

We currently provide shipping services worldwide, mainly to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and major European Union countries.

 

We do not ship to high-risk, sanctioned, or restricted jurisdictions.

 

 

All orders are processed after payment confirmation:

 

Standard order processing time: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) For bulk wholesale orders, processing time will be confirmed separately based on product inventory and quantity. Processing time is not included in transit time and does not account for logistics delays beyond our control.

In the rare event that a parcel is confirmed lost or severely damaged during transit, we will provide reshipment, replacement, or a reasonable solution based on the official investigation result of the logistics carrier.
