Payment Policy

1. Payment Terms

    

   Full payment is required before order processing and shipping for all regular and customized pet supply orders.

    

   Payments must be completed in accordance with the order confirmation and checkout instructions.
    
2. Accepted Payment Methods

    

   We accept secure international payment methods including:
    

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.)
• PayPal and other approved digital wallet services
• Other secure online payment channels supported on our checkout page

3. Order Confirmation

    

   Orders will only be processed, packed, and scheduled for shipping after full payment is received, verified, and confirmed by our team.
    
4. Refund & Cancellation

    

   Payments for customized pet products (such as engraved ID tags, personalized collars) are non-refundable once production has started.

    

   For non-customized regular inventory items, refunds and cancellations are subject to our Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy.
    
5. Currency

    

   All transactions are quoted and settled in USD (United States Dollars) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    
6. Governing Law

    

   This Payment Policy is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes related to payments shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts.
