With our headquarters strategically located in Hong Kong — the world’s leading international trade and logistics hub — we provide reliable, secure, and tracked global shipping services to our business partners and clients worldwide.
1. General Shipping Information
All orders of custom branded promotional gifts, including custom USB drives, art craft ornaments, cultural & creative products, custom keychains, custom Bluetooth headphones and all bulk corporate gift items, will be carefully inspected, securely packaged, and dispatched only after full quality confirmation and completion of custom production.
We currently ship worldwide, with primary focus on United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and major European Union countries.
We do not offer shipping to high-risk, sanctioned, or restricted jurisdictions.
2. Processing & Production Lead Time
As all our products are fully custom manufactured and branded according to your unique design and requirements:
- Standard custom production lead time: 7–15 business days from artwork confirmation and payment settlement
- Urgent / rush production options are available upon special request and prior agreement
- Processing time excludes public holidays and international logistics transit time
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
We cooperate with trusted international courier and postal partners to ensure stable, trackable, and secure delivery:

All delivery timelines are estimated and cannot be 100% guaranteed due to customs clearance, international carrier delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
All shipments will come with full online tracking, so you can monitor your parcel status at all times.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees will be calculated and confirmed individually based on order quantity, product weight, package size, and delivery destination, and will be clearly stated in your official quotation and order confirmation.
- For large bulk wholesale orders, customized consolidated shipping pricing is available.
- All import duties, local taxes, and customs clearance fees in the destination country are the responsibility of the client, unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing before order placement.
5. Customs & Import Clearance
All international shipments are subject to local customs inspection and import regulations of the receiving country.
- We will provide all required commercial invoices, packing lists, and official documentation for smooth customs processing.
- We are not liable for delivery delays, holds, or additional fees caused by destination customs policies.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an official shipping confirmation email together with your unique tracking number and tracking link. You will be able to check real-time location and delivery status of your shipment online.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
- All parcels are fully inspected and well protected before dispatch.
- In the very rare event of parcel confirmed lost in transit or severe transit damage, we will provide re-dispatch, replacement, or negotiated solution based on official carrier investigation results.
- Claims for damage or loss must be submitted within 7 business days of confirmed delivery date.
8. Delivery Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse shipping to any restricted, sanctioned, or high-risk jurisdiction, in compliance with international trade compliance and legal requirements.
9. Governing Law
This Shipping Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising out of or related to shipping and delivery services shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
